I called Wilks Air during the summer for an AC repair when ours stopped cooling. I ended up signing up for their yearly maintenance plan — and I’m so glad I did! Our AC has had the same issue twice since the initial visit, and both times they were prompt to come out (same-day service). The techs were kind and informative. We were not charged for either of those additional visits due to their service warranty, and the AC is finally back in business. Highly recommend this company!

I am a longtime customer of Wilks Air, and they have always given me great customer service. Jason, one of Wilks’ technicians, did a check on my air conditioning unit on Sept 23rd, and he did an outstanding job. Not only did he show up early in the morning, but he also went above and beyond his duties by explaining what was wrong and showing me exactly what was done. He was so courteous and patient with all the questions I asked. Jason gave me excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate that — good customer service is hard to find nowadays. I give Jason and the Wilks Air staff an A+! I would also like to recognize a young lady named Alex for returning my voicemail before Wilks’ regular working hours. Great job, Alex!

I’ve been using Wilks for years now. Everyone who comes out has been kind and knowledgeable. Their scheduling has been quick and responsive. I’m not the easiest to please overall, but I’m very happy with how Wilks has been able to assist me over the years.

Highly recommend Wilks Air! The most professional and knowledgeable people in the HVAC business! I signed up for their maintenance program — best decision ever! They come out twice a year to inspect and maintain my HVAC system. This program also gives you priority service when you need a technician due to a problem with your system. Every tech they’ve sent to my house has been respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing any issues. Call them if you need help with your HVAC system — you’ll be glad you did!

Excellent service from Wilks in the many years we have used them. They arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. Repairs were completed, and a fair bill was submitted. The service person was friendly and knowledgeable.

Our repair person, Guy, came to our house earlier than our appointment time, was extremely pleasant, and went straight to work on our AC unit. He explained everything clearly. It turned out to be a minor issue that I could fix, and he showed me exactly what to do. I’m a woman, and the fact that he took the time to explain how to fix my AC — therefore saving me money — speaks volumes about Guy and Wilks Air.

When we were shopping around to replace our entire unit, we interviewed several companies in town, and Greg and his team were the most honest and straightforward with us. Their units were also very fairly priced. Naturally, we went with Wilks, and the service has continued to be top-notch. Their very knowledgeable technicians always take their time and are thorough whenever we’ve needed service. Absolutely would recommend!

We had cooling coils placed by Wilks 1½ years ago, still under warranty. They recently failed. Wilks returned to service the unit and said replacement would cost an additional $2,900. We decided to consider replacing the unit since it had been a continuous problem. We were given an estimate by Wilks and arranged for two comparable company estimates to compare costs. Four days later, we called to move forward with Wilks, as we liked their customer service. Now we’re told they no longer service our area and they denied the estimate for a new unit. Who does this?! Beware of what they tell you.

I called late in the afternoon on a Friday when I got home to find my thermostat screen blank and the air conditioner not running. They sent out a tech immediately. He arrived and was such a great listener and problem solver! He reset my thermostat, checked the unit, and got life back to normal. My dogs and I are so thankful for the amazing service and support!

Guy was my technician — he arrived on time and was very professional. My line was clogged, and he put a towel over the sink before he blew it out so all the debris was contained and didn’t go all over the walls! (Lol.) I asked a lot of questions, and he was more than happy to explain everything. I also got a tune-up, and he checked it all very thoroughly. I would highly recommend them!
